Delivery

We deliver to all countries in the European Union.

Couriers used: SAMEDAY, FANCOURIER, BOOKURIER, DHL, UPS

Product delivery is made exclusively by courier, to the address indicated by you when placing the order, within a maximum of 5 working days in Romania and a maximum of 7 working days in the rest of the EU.

Orders placed outside of business hours (10:00 - 18:00) and/or on holidays will be processed on the next business day from the date the order was placed.

During holidays or promotional campaigns, there may be delays in orders, due to the large volume of orders received or the congestion of deliveries through national or international courier companies.

The standard shipping cost is 20 lei for orders delivered in Romania, and for the rest of the European Union countries, the shipping cost is 75 lei.

The shipping cost is FREE:

- for orders whose value exceeds 300 lei that are delivered in Romania

- for orders whose value exceeds 750 lei, which are delivered to European Union countries
