Payment methods

All products displayed on www.meenato.com have prices displayed in the local currency of each country in the European Union and include VAT.

Payment for products can be made with the following instruments:

- online by bank card (the payment processor is STRIP )

- cash on delivery (the order is paid directly to the courier, upon delivery. Some couriers also accept payment by card in the cash on delivery system). This payment method is not available for orders with delivery outside Romania.

- bank transfer (payment order): the order will be delivered only after the payment is registered in our account. This process may take up to 24 hours, but to speed up this process, please send us proof of payment to hello@meenato.com

- gift card: Gift cards are purchased from our website and can be used to purchase products and have a validity of 12 months. After the 12 months, if the amount has not been used, it will be automatically returned to the person who made the purchase.
