If for various reasons you are not completely satisfied with the products purchased from meenato.com, you can return the purchased product except for panties (including if they are on sale) within 14 days of receiving the order.
Returns received after 14 days will not be accepted. The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of returning the desired product(s) (which will be subsequently deducted from the amount to be refunded).
All products must be returned in perfect condition (with tags, unworn or washed, and in the original packaging). Damaged or worn products will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer (without refund of the value of the products in question).
Returns can only be made using the courier who delivered your order.
To return a product:
• send an email to customercare@meenato.com to request a return. Please include your order number in the subject line of the email. If the order was paid for upon delivery, please send us the bank account where you would like the return payment to be made.
• pack the products you want to return in the original box, including the original invoice.
• a courier will pick up the package from you within 3 days from the date of sending the email requesting the return.
As soon as the return has been received and verified by our team, you will receive a return confirmation email.
If all the conditions for returning a product have been met, we will notify you and refund the amount (excluding the cost of return shipping). If one of the return conditions is not met, you will be notified, with the option of having the product returned to you. If you refuse to accept the returned product, we reserve the right to keep both the product and the amount for the product.
Please allow us 14 calendar days from receipt of the return to refund the value of the returned product(s). The refund will only be made to the bank account provided by you in the email requesting the return (if payment was made upon delivery) or to the bank account associated with the card used at the time of online payment. If the recipient of the order does not correspond to the person who made the online purchase, the refund will be made to the bank account of the person who placed the order.
